Announced at Ubisoft's E3 2012 Press Conference, Watch Dogs is an open-world urban survival game with a measure of tactical stealth action thrown into the mix.

Battlefield 4

In Battlefield 4, gamers will experience huge environments, a playground of destruction, access to an arsenal of vehicles, the ability to direct squad mates, and much more in the first entry in the first-person shooter franchise to run on Frostbite 3 technology. The game once again aims to deliver a premier online multiplayer gaming experience while also offering an engaging and challenging story campaign.

Call of Duty Ghosts

Call of Duty: Ghosts is the next game in the Call of Duty series set to release in 2013. The new Infinity Ward team has been working on an entirely new storyline and engine, which is said to bring Call of Duty to the next generation. Ghosts will be available on both current gen systems and next gen, though the next gen consoles will most likely not release by Ghosts' Release Date. For that reason, Infinity Ward has allowed players to Transfer Data to the Next Gen Consoles

* Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag

Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag makes landfall in the UK and US tomorrow, 29th October, for Xbox 360 and PS3 - the next generation versions of the game will follow in November. Once upon a time, it might have faced a frosty reception, but Ubisoft appears to have won over those put off by Assassin's Creed 3. In the absence of stablemate Watch Dogs from the winter 2013 line-up, Black Flag looks very much like the multiplatform open worlder to beat.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag,

Batman Arkham Origins

I'm the goddamn Batman, perched atop a snow-covered hat shop and planning my next move. I could go try to find Black Mask--that bastard put a price on my head and now every two-bit criminal with a shtick is trying to gun me down--but it makes more sense to head to the Gotham National Bank. Deadshot's hanging out inside, and he has hostages he's going to start killing if I don't show up soon. Right as I leap from the rooftop and begin to glide, I'm alerted to a crime in progress nearby, so I swoop down to beat the living BAM! POW! out of the chatty thugs

Release date:Oct 25 2013 - Wii U, PC, PS3, Xbox 360 (US)
